At the time of first and second surgeries, the doctors have confirmed to us the complete removal of the adenoids. It was a shock for us to know yesterday that he has a big one residing behind his nose again, which will force us to go for a third surgery.

I will appreciate if you have a good explanation or other alternatives to treat him, please advise ...

If even a small bud of tonsil or adenoid tissue is left behind by the surgeon, the tonsil or adenoid may re-grow and with current surgical methods, adenoid re-growth is more common than you would think.

When tonsils or adenoids grow back, do they need to be removed? This decision should be approached in exactly the same manner as if a tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy had never been performed. For example, if re-grown adenoids are causing your nasal obstruction, altered voice and snoring, then adenoidectomy is certainly an option worth discussing with your doctors.

I would consider a different surgeon.

Brother what a good question. I found the truth through logic & I believe Holy Spirit guided me at the time (not that I knew it at the time). I see no way this scripture can be used to support a trinity , in fact quite the opposite. Compare with these scriptures in Matthew Matthew 26:39 Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will." Matthew 26:42 He went away a second time and prayed, "My Father, if it is not possible for this cup to be taken away unless I drink it, may your will be done." Matthew 27:46 About the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?"--which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" It is clear Jesus was not doing his own will nor concidered himself as God , he was praying to someone higher than himself.
