The interactive Telephone Enquiry facility is available at Chennai, Madurai, Tiruchchirppalli, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, Ernakulam, Calicut, Trichur, Quilon, Kottayam, Mangalore and Salem. Passengers from any other city can avail of this facility by making STD calls to any of the cities mentioned above where IVRs are provided. The Interactive Telephone Enquity is available in 3 languages.
