you see iam in geneva to run the famous escalade, i've been training for a month already and the race is this week, for the past 2 weeks i've been feeling a muscle starin in my left leg, today i ran the percourse of the escalade to see how it is, 4 laps and after that the pain went away. what happened?

your muscles must of just need a stretch, also your body might have been so use to a workout that when you stopped your body was not use to it. it happened to me before a tae kwon do final. and after i finished it my pain went away.

Probably lactic acid buildup or a cramp, but the point is you're good now.

Don't kid yourself.It's a delayed reaction.You will get the odd time when this happens,but the pain will come back.Sorry!
