I have very fair skin with neutral undertones and blue eyes with lightest brown, almost blonde, hair. Any hair color suggestions to spunk up my color? I tried dark brown once, at my beauticans advice, and I looked like the living-dead. Thanks.

A dark blonde might look nice. I have fair skin and I like having blonde hair. You can get different colored blonde highlights or just go for blonde all together. If you like red hair, go for a strawberry blonde or a bright red. They both look good with fair skin.

maybe add different shades of blonde throughout your hair, maybe even a strawberry blonde. Keep it natural looking. Trial and error I guess. Good luck. Let me know if it helps.

Black's impressive, too, yet I probable gained't note or care in case you purely placed on a mild pink or another normative and dreary colour. yet, if it makes you experience quite, bypass ahead and placed on it.
