Slavery, extortion, or blackmail. Usually the creditor sues, forecloses, or sends a collection agency after the debter. Unless this forced labor work is by court order or official contract, it's probably something very illegal.

Indentured Servitude is the term I know. I believe it is illegal in the US. It may or may not be legal elsewhere.
