I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Well lets see first start out by eating very small portions and try to make sure its healthy for you . Excercising daily is important too cause you will burn calories plus lose the weight and drink lots of water. I just had a baby 8 months ago and my weight was 165. I went down to 112 in a matter of a few months. As long as you eat healthy and excercise you should lose the pounds. But when eating like i already said ,eat small portions, and if you feel hungry still then eat a fruit or vegtable for a small snack, or you could drink some water.

To lose body-fat exercise regularly and start calorie counting. Work out your BMR and try to eat about 500 calories a day less than this.
Running is one of the best ways to lose weight, cycling, swimming, rowing are also very good. If your not comfortable with these try dancing to your favorite music in your bedroom for an hour a day.
Don't try to lose weight it too quickly, 2 pounds a week maximum.

Try using sweet in low instead of sugar.Go on a good deit not some dumb s!@#.I think eating something lite like a salad or not over eating would help alot.But do not starve.I mean you need some fat and meat or protein I know.Start working out doing like some kind of good cardio work out for 25 min or so at least 3 days a week.Oh and make sure you are working a large muscle group good in that work out.Like walking up stairs.If you do that you will lose some wait.

Make sure that when you lost that 22 pounds that it brings you down to the weight according to the level you should be at, and not a loss to make you look dreadful. Anyway, exercise and eating salads or just eating sensibly (reduce the junk food and soda) will bring you down 2-3 pounds a week.

If you eat an apple and drink a large glass of water twenty mins your meals the pectin in the apple will swell up and you will have less room in you stomach and will therefore eat less. The apple is only 110 cals no fat. I can't guarantee 22 pounds but it will help.

i suggest you jog in the morning like about 6:00 am. 5 rounds and do the same every lunch time. but when it's lunch time. make sure you eat firast and rest assurely for 10 minutes and then jog 7 rounds. i asuure you that my advice will give you proper health.
