you can never truely forget someone, you can only make it easier not to think about that persone for awhile. after that you'll get use to having thoughts of that persone in your head, but you'll be more comftoble having them. go out and enjoy life.

Don't rehash the past or look at old photos, hang out with new friends who don't know the ex then you'll soon forget and find someone new.
