Jam is anything made from soft druit, pulped together with sugar. Marmalade, of which orange is the most popular, is made from citrus fruits such as lime, lemon or orange, and contains shredded peel from the fruit

In the UK marmalade has the slightly bitter taste from the citrus peal. In other countries it's the word for jam. Here in Switzerland we can buy bitter orange jam, which is marmalade. And a lot cheaper than going to a specialist store and buying British marmalade.

Marmalade - If it's a marmalade, it has citrus fruit in it.

Marmalade is harder than jam.!!!
You get various types of marmalade,peach, orange.etc.!!!
I love marmalade it's better than jam but tastes vary from person to person.!!!

not a lot,jam can be made from any fruit,but marmalade is always made from oranges,both are made in the same way
