I think what the other answerers are trying to say are, yes, baths are still ok, but wipe off and dry off carefully - put your towels and other bath items into the laundry immediately using bleach, so that no one else will get the rash from using your towel (including yourself).
To get completely dry, consider using your hair dryer.
Find out the source of your rash and get it treated. Many skin rashes may be due to candida albicans (yeast), such as athlete's foot and others. www.hufa.org - the yeast link - has some basic info about this fungus.

yes! but do not use any perfumed products ie:bath salts or fragrant soap,and keep the water cool-warm not hot.
