Noli means "don"t. "Illegitimatum" is the accusative case of the word for "bastard". But "carborandum" just doesn't make sense. It is the word for "silicone carbide". The reason why so many people offered this as a translation in response to your recent question is that the name of the material is part of the pun "Illegitimi non carborundum" (Dog Latin for "don't let the bastards grind you down"), which figures into a football fight song of Harvard University among other things.
