Muslims believe in One God. The God of the Christians and the Jews.

5:69] Surely, those who believe, those who are Jewish, the converts, and the Christians; any of them who (1) believe in GOD and (2) believe in the Last Day, and (3) lead a righteous life, have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.

there is no way around it. the Kaaba is the first house of worship we pray towards it just as Jews used to pray towards Jerusalem, the home of their faith (i'm not sure if this is still praticed)

Allah is the Arabic word used for God... used by Arabic speaking Christians as well as Muslims.

yes sakinah sister , they don't know , that Islam preserved woen rights and gave her all her rights in marriage , in selling and buying , in dowery .....etc.
islam for example , encourages the husband to treat his wife well, as the Prophet Muhammad said: {The best among you are those who are best to their wives.}

and also says:Mothers in Islam are highly honored. Islam recommends treating them in the best way. A man came to the Prophet Muhammad and said, “O Messenger of God! Who among the people is the most worthy of my good companionship?” The Prophet said: {Your mother.} The man said, “Then who?” The Prophet said: {Then your mother.} The man further asked, “Then who?” The Prophet said: {Then your mother.} The man asked again, “Then who?” The Prophet said: {Then your father.}

and we worship ONE GOD that all prophets(peace be upon them) worshipped god says in the Quran:
Say (O Muslims), "We believe in Allâh and that which has been sent down to us and that which has been sent down to Ibrâhim (Abraham), Ismâ'il (Ishmael), Ishâque (Isaac), Ya'qûb (Jacob), and to Al-Asbât [the twelve sons of Ya'qûb (Jacob)], and that which has been given to Mûsa (Moses) and 'Iesa (Jesus), and that which has been given to the Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we have submitted (in Islâm)." 2:136

If you study the Christian God you will find that he is in no way the Allah of Muslim's. This is the reason why the Qur'an called the New Testament holy and Muslims call it corrupt. The Torah and New Testament are the true word of God but are in disagreement with the Qur'an. Which would mean that our God can not be your god. Now if the Bible was once in agreement with the Qur'an you could argue that it has beome corrupt and is no longer in agreement and that Muhammed knew this and that is why he rewrote scripture the only problem with that is the Qur'an calls these scriptures holy and it is the same scriptures that predate the Qur'an. This is easily proven because many of the scriptures are still available that were available to Muhammed. Therefore it leaves very little choice for the Muslims knowing our God and scripture are different and their scripture calls ours the holy word of God. In this case if one insist on believeing the Qur'an one should try not to think about the part where the Qur'an calls the Bible holy.
