Just the fact that I get a free coffee every lunchtime in a cafe, served by an Italian with black hair and blue eyes and a gorgeous face... makes me love them and says everything about their culture... Ok I kinda know this guy now after attending this coffee shop every day since 2 months, but still, common, how cool is that? hm... italians... summer... sun... beach... sexyness... just perfect they are! And don't forget about their food....

If you mean Italian food -- it's great. If you mean italian people I have only known one and he beat, choke, and burned my daughter with a cigarette lighter. It's a good thing that I don't generalize an entire ethnic group because of the way ONE person acted.

Italy is great and I love it with a passion!!
The language is beautiful; the people are friendly (sometimes overly so for an English person though, lol!); the food is brilliant and I miss it all!!
The government, however, is ridiculous; though I like to think things are looking up with Prodi in power...wishful thinking?

They are as lovely as all other people in the world. I have been visiting Italy 36 years ago, and I long very much for a coming back.

been living in italy now for a year..
language is difficult because of so many dialects...
country is outstanding...
people friendliest in the world...
food delicious...
woman georgeous.. but i am biased as my wife is italian...
