Yes it happen to me, been to hospital, they could not find what wrong. I put up with it for about 4 years and it stop sudden I don't know how, I believe when my wisdoms grew it stop.

hi
if the sound is sort of crackling. then it is because you don't open your mouth and speak to others that much. if you keep your mouth idle for a long time this happens.
if your lifestyle involves less talking than during free times try open and close your mouth wide, move your jaw slowly side to side, just like a cow when chewing on grass (get it) don't do it in public people think you are weired.
it is ok and normal no worries

Other factors include: Wisdom teeth improperly aline and can cause movement or displacing of the teeth.

If you work in an area with allot of noise, or have your music to loud, You may need to wear ear plugs and turn the music down. Long term exposure to noise can case this same feeling or ringing in the ears.

Your jaw broke and needs to be replace.. they will incise your mouth remove your jaw and replace it with new one
