You can use any kind of milk - the secret is to make it frothy enough either using the attachment on your coffee machine, or using one of those battery powered milk frothers. If you do the latter, make sure you warm the milk in a pan or microwave first.
And of course use good quality espresso.

put whatever milk you like in a spare bottle an shake like made till kettle boils then the milk you add will be frothy

yeah full fat milk gives better taste. do add a lot of sugar coz it gives a better taste. dont add a lot of cappachino coffee.
