Excercise is good for everyone, when I was your age I hated any form of excercise how I regret that now, I have recently joined up at the local gym here in Spain, and I feel great, I could have felt like this all through my lifebut chose to do nothing about it. Take the advice of someone a wee bit older, excercise helps your heart to stay healthy, as likewise the rest of your body. good luck.

You're not unhealthy because you don't exercise. You sound like you're doing okay with the fruits, veggies, no smoking, etc, but you can still eat too much in general. You need a balanced diet and it's always a good idea to exercise. Try kickboxing--I love it!

Everyone should try to exercise regularly, but not doing so doesn't automatically make you "unhealthy." And keep in mind that metabolism changes as you age. You might be okay today, but ten years from now it might behoove you to have a routine of physical activity.

I think you are healthy enough! going to school and having teenage life are like doing sports, but that dose not mean that it should be your limit.
