Roast beef (pink in the middle so everyone will complain, except me) Homemade roast potatoes, broccolli, roasted carrots and parsnips and proper gravy. With steamed ginger pudding for afters. Then we'll all be asleep by eight.

You're gonna blow everyones mind with a "NY THING" (those kooky Yanks)
Sliced Hot Roast Beef, with melted FRESH Mozzerella cheese, served on *Garlic bread.
*GARLIC BREAD: Finely chopped FRESH Garlic, pure olive oil, oregano. Toaste bread slightly, add Garlic and oil, sprinkle with Oregano, BROIL until golden brown (Flashing the garlic/oil quickly in a pan before adding to the bread enhances flavor, don't brown it, under cooking it is prefered, just a second or two on high heat, then remove from pan on to bread)
** This is my recipe I'm giving you ! Please respect it by making the garlic bread the right way as I described, It was taught to me while working in a restaraunt in NY as a bus boy when I was 16. If you use butter on my Garlic bread, I'm going to come over to your house, and break your hand !!!!
