Add some powdered sugar and you get POTATO CANDY!
boil 1 potato drain VERY well and mash
add enough powdered sugar to make a dough
roll out and spread with melted chocolate and chopped peanuts
roll up in a spiral and slice 1/2" thick.
very rich but very good! You can use peanut butter if you like.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN DO!
Super Moist Brownies
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 medium potato, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon milk
food coloring
Combine oil, sugars, potato, vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingedients and mix well. Stir in nuts if desired.
Bake in a 9x9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool, cut into squares and drizzle with icing.
For icing: Mix the powdered sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in enough milk to mak of icing consistency. Tint with the color of the season.

it would take less time to mix them and see rather then waiting here....but i dont think you will catch smt really special...
