I would suggest seeing a psychiatrist ASAP or at least a therapist.

Ask yourself, but do this only when you are in better spirits, not while you're angry. An angry person will never see any objective point of view.

Meanwhile, your crying is just your way of venting out whatver it is that's disturbing you, except you don't know what it is yet. Don't worry, as you ask yourself, nicely, the answers will come, very slowly. Be patient.

Check your diet for a racing heartbeat. Take a B-complex. Fast from tv, esp news, and the Internet. Learn to listen to your own breathing. Take in slow breaths, count slowly, in and out. Do this a few times daily.

There is nothing wrong with you. You need time to heal from various wounds, hurts. As you slowly listen to yourself, you will find out what is bothering you. If you stop long enough to listen to your thoughts, you might just find out exactly what it is.

Before you go spending a lot of money. I suggest going to your family DR. He can provide medication as well. If it's issues, you are having..most DR.'s will refer you to the appropriate place for further guidance. I have dealt with Bi-Polar since I was about 11 yr's old, I am 28 and still living Thank God, some of us just have a part of our brain that doesnt function properly without some form of medication. I would seek help as soon as possible. I would also suggest seeing more then one doctor. Just to make sure you get diagnosed correctly the first time around. GL

sounds like you're wearing yourself out from lack of vitamins, specifically the B complex vitamins. Take a multiple vitamin with minerals like one-a-day for a few months and see if you feel better.
