2) Balance between strength, endurance( mainly cardiovascular)
3) For the most part, 'cept when there's schoolwork or family stuff.
4) Being in shape gives me the ability to do almost anything I want, b/c I don't need to look at fat content and such, and I can physically do my favorite things.
5) too lazy, too tired, tired from last workout, sore,etc.

By the way, can u explain what is an exercise. I mean what are the minimum qualities of an excercise?
