How often does a guy...?

HONEST ladies how often does a random guy approach you and ask you out on a date in a normal setting like a library or class? no bars or anything like that

and neither of you can be drunk

According to my sister who happens to be "HOT"(kinda feels gross sayn that) according to all my guy friends, ALL THE TIME, EVEN WHILE DRIVING, AT SUPER MARKET, you name it.

Right after I met my husband, I had potential dates coming out of the walls. A guy approached me coming out of the campus library (he got my cell phone number and was still calling like 3 months later, even though we only saw eachother that once), a cashier in a store asked me to meet him for drinks after work, my ex-boyfriend, who I met at a health club swimming pool while I was "cruising men" wanted back into my life, and I think there was one more. I don't remember though...it was a while ago. Other than that maybe one-month period though, virtually never!

a random guy? haha, not often.. i guess im too unapproachable because people say i don't smile too much.... but a guy i already knew? not too often, maybe a few times a year...

ummm... i'm 19, and consider myself pretty attractive. it's happened to me once, and the offer was far from considerable. it'd be great if a nice, good looking guy did it though.
