Sorry to be the one to tell you this, but a lot of the people giving you answers are telling you some bullsh*t. Yes, there are diet pills that work. I know because I have taken them. Phentermine will help you lose weight quickly. It's not a gimmick- you just can't take it with a chocolate cake for lunch. Will you gain your weight "and then some" back? Possibly. I can't say that everyone can keep it off, but I can tell you that the majority of the people that put the weight back on are fat asses that take the pill for a month (or until their money runs out) and then they get off it. You have to maintain- that is, you can't stop taking the pill with your metabolism working well with your body, then just stop and start cramming down the Little Debbies and Snickers again with no exercise. If you watch what you eat with and without the pill, and maintain a good work out schedule, you can most definitely get the weight off and keep it off. Sure, you can lose the weight naturally- by dieting, exercising and counting calories... but why would you "buy the cow when you can get the milk for free"? Christi

20 minutes of cardio 3 times a week, 2 days od weight training, and a 1500 calorie a day diet. Eat protien and take some vitamns. Drink lots of water or powerade. Don't do it the easy way, you will gain it all back. Excercise goes a long way....out of personal experience. I know. Xenical is a dangerous med if not taken properly. Beware. See a doctor before all.

Hi there !
"Super fast reduction " of fats from the body can be effected by surgical procedure like "liposuction" only !
If you want to try out other methods, it will take its own time.. !
If I had been in your position, I would never ever trust the advertisement gimmicks of the "slimming tablets " ..
start patiently with a 'regular' exercising regime , and a strict dieting regime !but "dont starve" !
In place of non-vegetarian preparations, start replacing with fruits and vegetables ! No oils, fried items, no bakery items....and start taking butter milk at bed time daily...
Try out this regular and strict regime for 3 weeks.. Result is assured !
Everything depends upon your will power too !
"Brisk walking" for 45 minutes daily morning !
all my best wishes !

hi tamanna...
as a doctor i'll firstly tell u one thing that weight can not be gained by air or water...whatever w eat is absorbd by our intestines.i'll suggest u to avoid some food...list it..
1-potatoes,ghee,rice(poha & khichri),sweets, milk & its all products, saboodana & all the food used in so called "fast".
2-regularly exercise or walk.it is not necessary that walk should only do inmorning time.whatever time may b,but walk is frequently prescribed by all the doctors.
3-check thyroid profile in ur serum for knowing any abnormalities.
4-remember..nothing is impossible...above treatment is only which has no side effects..it is upto u ,if u really wanna loose ur weight...try this & tell me after 15 days..
5-one more thing-diet contol is also very necessary..reduce half chapati frm ur meal..dont reduce more than 1 chapati at a time...
take lots of green salads..

Stop looking for a quick fix and change your lifestyle. That way you will get to your correct weight in a sensible time and have a much better chance of staying there. You won't have to worry about side effects either.
