Have I EVER! Too numerous to list here! But there is a minister in Des Moines, Iowa who took me in when I had no home to go to. He did not know me from Adam! He opened his home and his heart to me and I'll never forget it! If I did something nice for someone every day for the rest of my life, it would never make up for what Tom Allen did for me! Don't be hesitant to do something nice for a complete stranger. You'll never know what an impact you can make on someones life.

I've had strangers help me push my car when it's broken down/run out of gas on two different occasions. Also, that same night, a girl just GAVE me a gas can since I couldn't afford one from the gas station. Unfortunately, strangers are usually more apt to just ask me for money (for drugs) or a ride to someplace (for drugs).

Yes, my current boyfriend. I didn't know him at all, we met up on a BBS (before the internet came about), and I met him in person, I took a risk, but I lost everything with my ex-husband. My house, my car, even my daughter.
My boyfriend and I have been living together 8 years happily.. when I first met him he gave me $2,000.00. He said he didn't know what to do with it, it went to a few bills and I lived on that for a while because my ex-husband estranged me.
I've never met a kinder or more generous of a person than my boyfriend, he certainly is a rare find.

I have had people pull me out of the ditch when I got stuck. A couple of weeks ago, I was in a McDonald's and a lady left her wallet in the bathroom when she was changing her grandson's diaper. She ordered her food for herself and 3 grandkids and when she went to pay, she realized her wallet was gone. Someone found the wallet and said they were going to turn it in. Instead they went out the side door. The meals only came to 20.00 and it was granny treat for the kids. I payed for her order. It was a good feeling to see the smiles on the kids faces. They all came and expressed there thanks and it was nice.

When I was getting married there was a couple in our church which we didn't know. They gave us $100.00 towards our wedding which helped as we didn't have alot of resources.
Also the church's piano player offered to play piano.
The church were we were married also offered their hall and kitchen to us for free.
