There are many different forms of cancer and many different causes. Cancer develops from mutations in the genes that regulate cell division. The mutations silence the genes that ordinarily monitor replicating DNA for chemical errors. The affected cells have no built in brakes to halt cell division. As the abnormal mass of clees, called malignant tumor, grows, blood bessel form to supply the tumor with the nutrients it needs to support its growth.Eventually, the tumor invades healthy tissue and may metastasize.
Bladder cancer is associated with smoking cigs and alcohol. So is mouth, throat and esophagus cancers. Lung-smoking.Liver-infection with hepatitis virus, alcohol, iron overload, toxicity.Kidney and Pancreatic and lung cancer-high intakes of red meat(pan), cig smoking and air pollution.Prostate-high intakes of fats, esp.saturated fats from red meats and possibly milk products.Ovarian-high lactose intake from milk products and oral contraceptive use. Stomach-high intakes of smoke or salt preserved foods, smoking, infection with ulcer causing bacteria or refined flour or starch.Colorectal-high intakes of fat(saturated), red meat, alcohol, and supplemental iron.Low intakes of fiber, folate, viatmin D and veggies.

My doctor told me that cancer is a reaction of the body to foreign chemicals that enter our body. When a chemical that doesn't belong enters our bodies, cancer cells build up around that chemical and protect the body from that chemical, and continues to grow if more of that chemical enters the body. One way to avoid cancer is to eat a healthy diet and be sure to avoid processed foods as much as possible.

I believe that genetics has more to do with breast cancer than any other cause yet identified. Though rare, breast cancer does some times strike men as well as women.

Latest research suggest pollutants are the main cause of cancer. Pollutants interfere with stem cells, so they go to the wrong site inside the body. Here they divide to cause cancer.

we all carry a gene called p53 it works as a key that if it notes cancerous cells it kills them off,we all carry cancerous cells but this gene recognizes them and destroys them. now if p53 gene locks the door it will not recognize cancerous cells and destroy them;therefore, they cont to grow, when you have Cancer in Early stages you have mild symptoms that we tend to ignore, just listen to your body, some people have symptoms but they are in denial till they have very serious symptoms.family history is very important, not smoking, eating right, exercise;but still, there are no guarantees you can do everything right and still get cancer so my life mantra is live every day as it is your last enjoy your life

for your info, we already have some cancer cells in our body. but if those cells go beyond the normal number, then it forms into clusters of cancer cells. but it can be controlled by the kind of heathy foods we pumped in our body. take care. it is our responsibility to ourselves.
