pregnant at 36 weeks?

i am pregnant at 36 weeks (i.v.f) the ultrasound measuring 38 weeks, which week i can say i am pregnant in . is the ultrasound measuring or the i.v.f date. and if i born the baby now he will survive.please if any one have the answer or the experiance.

The first month of pregnancy also includes the two weeks before you conceived.So though you know from ivf that you conceived exactly 36 weeks ago you are classed as 38 weeks pregnant.If your baby came now he would have an excellent chance of survival! good luck.
