Logically, no such place can exist. I believe that the most important thing -- and the reason why we're all here right now -- is spiritual development. But there's no opportunity for development if you're in one place doing one thing for all eternity. As awesome as the Christian version of Heaven might sound, there would be no room to grow there because everyone would be in an eternal state of bliss forever. No challenges, no obstacles, nothing to overcome, no lessons to learn. Comforting, maybe... but ultimately worthless. This is why I think reincarnation is a possibility; the only way you could truly develop is with many life experiences, not just sitting around worshipping God until the end of time.

Heaven is NOT the city of God. The city of God is in Heaven.
The ressurection is NOT heaven! but people both good and evil will be ressurected. That means ALL people that have ever lived will be raised up out of the grave.
From the Jewish translation of Heaven, I found the other word SKY in hebrew. So heaven abounds in the sky! but when the prophet declares that Angels of destruction come from the "other end of Heaven" was he talking about the same SKY of Hebrew? or was he talking about the thousands of Galaxies or the KNOWN unviverse? Can Heaven be the entire Universe? or is there a MetaVerse? or a multiverse? if SO! Life comes from the other end of HEAVEN irregardless.
Ok, with that said! Paul declared he knew someone, probably JOHN or Himself, that Rose into the third heaven! wow what a revelation to be found in the scriptures. With that said also, Corrinthians ch. 15: vs 36 and 42-50 declares the question, in the ressurection what body is man raised up? and with a few more words Paul answers the question that there is 3 different types of the ressurection. So In heaven there are different types of Bodies that can be ressurected. I believe that Each type of ressurrection Give a greater degree of rewards than the previous and allows greater access to higher heavens.
However, it was either David or Solomon that wrote that there are 7 heavens. Another mystery of GOD in the scripture that is found with no explanation. Hence the bible falls short of being perfect.
The mormons teach that the Three degress of the resurrection are likewise divided into 3 levels each, which can be interpreted as being 9 heavens altogether. Dante wrote that there are 9 circles of hell. I wonder if the coincidence is a paralel teaching or whether either of them are true.
in pondering these things things of heaven I realized that ONLY the highest degree of the resurrection qualify a person to become exalted and therefore Heaven MUST contain ALL the levels but Only the highest degree must be achieved before a man can JOIN God the Father in His Kingdom of Eternal Worlds. therefore it is written that the lowest levels are Cannot be visited by God but that God sends his angels instead until men have faith sufficient to overcome the world.
Also Heaven is a place that is not corrupted by Rust and Thieves, as Jesus proclaimed. But he also said that believers can come and go as they please. So there is indeed different categories and varying descriptions surely as there are also of Hell and places of eternal punishments. BTW if people are sent to hell for eternal damnation Why is it written also that Death and Hell release their spirits and come before the throne of God. And why does it also say that ONLY the sons of perdition are Lost.?

there are many accounts from people who were dead for a brief period and actually saw a small part of heaven and they say it goes beyond any earthly explanation. no amount of logic or science can even come close.
the most common claim is that you feel an overwhelming sense of unconditional love and total acceptance and when they're resusitated back to life, they become depressed and want nothing but to return to heaven. the say earth is a garbage dump compared to heaven.

Heaven that is also called as Swarga in Hinduism is the stage when our Atman the soul within waits for a suitable body for it to manifest again. This Atman the soul within has a balance of positive merits due to which it remains in heaven (Swarga).
Any Atman the soul within that has a negative balance of merits is awarded hell, also known as Naraka in Hinduism. Naraka (hell) is also the stage when our Atman the soul within is in waiting for the next manifestation to occur.
Briefly, it can be stated, that if we have the balance of positive merits from zero to plus hundred we shall be awarded the stage of Heaven (Swarga) after our "Atman, The soul Within" has left the mortal frame. However if the balance of merits is between zero and minus hundred our Atman the soul within shall be given a place in hell (Naraka).
Heaven (Swarga) and hell (Naraka) are interim stages in the cosmic Life cycle of our Atman the soul within. The moment this Atman the soul within gets matching parents on Mother Earth... it shall again manifest a body... the body can be that of a Human Being and also of an animal depending upon the balance of merits or demerits possessed by the Atman.
As stated clearly in the Bhagavad Gita... the foremost of all sacred scriptures (the doctrine dictated by Lord Krishna to King Arjuna in the battlefield of Mahabharata between the Pandavas and the Kauravas... no Atman the soul within can directly gain immortality from Heaven.
Lord Krishna is considered as an Avatar (a direct incarnation of God) in Hinduism. He descended on Mother Earth roughly 1000 years before Bhagwan Mahavira, 1077 years before Gautama Buddha, about 1500 years before Jesus Christ and about 1700 years before the advent of Prophet Mohammed. Life on earth is a "shadow of things to come". A perfect place to live, surrounded by God's glory, with no sin, no pain, no death and none of the darkness that exists in this world. Being in God's presence forever and being reunited with your brothers and sisters in Christ.
