Get your facts straight. The martial artists RAN on pads floating on the surface of the water. The pads were bigger than their feet and created more resistance against the standing water. All they sank was sink slowly for a split-second on several different pads. Jesus walked on the sea like it was solid ground. And when Peter tried to walk out to him he became afraid and lost faith and started to sink. So, conclusion: Jesus=walked on sea. Martial artists=Ran on pads

The miracle you lack to absorb is probably to heavy for you to understand, if you use martial arts as a comparison.
Can you remember any single name from China's history who walked on water? Or for that matter any thing miraculous that was noted in historical notes? I am sure there are many, but I can't name a single figure or martial arts person (except Bruce Lee in the modern era). Only TV hero's.
Now look at Jesus: Walked on water? and the whole world knows about it and just who wanted popularity? Not Jesus, a humble carpenter with God's word.
In reality, Jesus vs. Martial Arts guy in the ring is a no brainer.
However Jesus vs. Martial Arts guy on the water? I'll go with Jesus.

What strikes me is how people have trouble believing Jesus walked on water, turned water into wine, but accept that He is God in the flesh and is capable of speaking the cosmos into physical being with a word, and saving humanity with His blood.

its special because the knowledge isnt so readily kNOWN
however, there were special things that were done that NO MEN COULD DO except he were SENT by God.
Jesus himself said HE HAD NO POWER of himself, yet when he was touched by an unclean lady it says His Virture left him. the same word is translated into Power. God himself was the Father of Jesus and this is where Jesus claimed Healing came from.
also, at the beginning of this year there was internet releases of an explanation of how jesus walked on the water. debunking it as if he was walking on ice and rock instead.
But Peter asked Jesus if it was not a spirit or demon they saw that he could ALSO step out of the boat and walk on the water too. So peter was successful without ANY KNOWLEDGE of how to do it.

It is supposed to be one of the greatest miracles performed by Jesus. His disciples (some of them) were on peril when they were out fishing. They were caught in the middle of a freak storm. Jesus saved them.
