You, my dear, are into a classic case of clinical depression
seek professional help immediately
this is something that can literally kill you
It is not anything you've done that has brought this on
It's simply something that happens to some people in the course of a natural life---many famous people and people of very important standings and folks of quite advanced intellegence have had major bouts with this---and any one of them would tell you---it doesn't get anything but worse without the help of people who know this thing and know how to walk you out of it !!!!

Call and visit with a doctor immediately and let them know exactly what you've said in this question--get it all out there---and I guarantee you that that will be the beginings of you making a better life almost right away !!!!

I have been reading more of your questions and some of your answers to try to understand if you have a problem or if you just want to laugh at lovely people trying to help, as it happens some time here...
Well, I am not sure. I can tell you anyway that lack of sleep can explain some of the feelings you describe. Lack of sleep can be a condition. If you don't like medications why don't you try some relaxation. Or herbal tea. Orange blossoms in a bad do smell good and have a relaxing effect too...

You sound like you are very depressed- it doesn't mean you are going crazy or anything, it just sounds like you can really use someone to talk to, whether they know you or not, and trust me that would help a lot. This site believe it or not can really help you too, because you can give advice to people who might need it more than you do, and there are plenty of people out there that donn't even know you but would be more than willing to try to make you feel better. Being depressed can make you feel so alone, and I know it is hard to talk to even people that are close to you, but you need to get your feelings out somehow, and there ARE people out there that would love to help you. Feel free to contact me anytime you want.

It sounds like you're suffering from depression. I would suggest you see a professional to assist you in dealing with the way you feel. Depression can drain every little bit of life out of you. Good luck, be strong and try and focus on the positive around you.

I think what you listed are just symptoms of some very important unresolved issues. I suggest you seek some help in exploring and solving them.

Just don't do what my brother did. He has a very insecure and possessive wife who practically controls his respiration. Instead of dealing with the issues, he takes pills to mask his reaction. It supposedly keeps the peace, but problems arise anyway.

You can get ear plugs for the noise you hate so much. I use them when noise bothers me. If you hate your family AND yourself maybe you aren't appreciating things enough. Maybe I'm wrong though. Perhaps it's time to see a doctor. It could be physical.

Depression.....been there done that......Depression is not just a feeling....Its an actual chemical imbalance in your brain. Nothing that can be changed by happy thoughs or going for a walk. You need to see someone and not be ashamed.

I'm thinking that you are definitely having issues. Maybe you should talk to someone about all that. It sucks to feel like that, but if you don't get help to deal with it, it wont get any better. Good luck.
