Fatty liver disease affects a whopping 30% of the population. That's 30 out of every 100 people! And some estimates have it at 33%.

And if you're overweight, it's even worse overweight people are extremely more likely than healthy weight individuals to develop this condition.

In other words, you're not alone. Not by a long shot.

Other fatty liver sufferers have reversed their condition, lost weight, and rediscovered their energy, using completely natural remedies. And that means you can, too!

Treatment focuses on the factors that may cause the disease. If you are overweight or obese, do what you can to gradually lose weight -- no more than 1 or 2 pounds a week. A recent study showed that weight loss of at least 9% over a period of months can help reverse NASH. Even less weight loss than this can help lessen buildup of fat in the liver.
Eat a balanced and healthy diet and increase your physical activity. In addition to limiting calories, avoid diets rich in refined, rapidly digested carbohydrates. This includes limiting foods such as bread, grits, rice, potatoes, corn, and concentrated sugar that is found in sports drinks and juice.

Hi Archpkm,

Our bodies are made up of bacteria. Bearing that in mind we have good & bad bacteria. We definitely want to get rid of the bad bacteria and feed the good bacteria to maintain good health.

Keeping the Colon clean by taking a good pro-biotic is one way of assisting the body to rid itself of chemicals, pesticides and fat stored around the organs of your body.

Liver cleansing 'extreme' diets can be harmful. What you are best to do is slowly take fatty foods, alcohol, caffeine out of your everyday diet. Taking vices away too quickly could be dangerous.

Eating properly, sleeping and exercising along with fresh air, are naturally going to help your overall well-being. As much as possible stay away from take-away or processed foods that will put a strain on your liver.

The liver can heal itself so it is worth the effort.

You can find a good Certified Organic to International food grade Pro-biotic that I use on: www.mibliss.miongroup.com Also read the article in the drop menu 'education' 'CHEMICALS ARE MAKING US FAT'.

I hope this helps - good luck.

Have you been to see a regular doctor yet? you know it's so strange, and, excuse me, I mean no disrespect to those that don't believe but, the others that do. When it comes to say, a pain in the "chest" you'll get twenty answers like, all of a sudden everyone a cardiologist? isn't that strange? when it's an unusual organ, or an unusual pain than no one wants to become involved.

I personally don't believe in homeopathy or home medicine. I know in some States it's a recognized field of practice but, it's just not mine, I'm sorry.
