when i was in the US i have notice these girls there have their hair looking like its wet with soft curls.. how do they do that.. i know they apply somthing but i was never able to get the product... i tried gels they just make ur hair stif.. but the girls there had soft nic girls and the wet hair look can anyone suggest how its dont?

First washed your hair and conditioned it then towel dry it, mix gel and wax on your hand first then to your damp (not wet not dry hair) hair. Work it then leave to it dry, add serum at the end.
