H&S is a normal shampoo and Selsum Blue have special ingredient used for dandruff treatment

The difference between the two is the active ingredient. Head and shoulders doesn't work that well. I know because I used it like 2 months ago (I have a dry scalp and was flaking...). Selsun blue had awesome reviews at drugstore.com and makeupalley.com, so I used it. It works well, but you should only use it 2-3 times a week.
