Okay, I know what tense they are in. What I can't understand is that in what situation they can be used.

1, I think this is a good idea.

This is by far the most usable sentence. You do think the idea is good as things are now.

2, I think this will be a good idea.

You need a "when" or "after" (etc) clause for this to really make sense. I think this will be a good idea when we have solved some other problem which we will certainly solve. It sounds odd though, because the idea itself must already be good.

3, I think this would be a good idea.

Here you need an "if" or "except" clause for this to make sense. I think this would be a good idea if we had enough money, or I think this would be a good idea except that we'd end up in jail. So really, this isn't that good of an idea!

Also, the third one is NOT in the future progressive tense--that would be "this will be being a good idea" (which sounds very bad); it's the second conditional.

1.- same as " In this moment I'm sure that's a good idea"
2.- same as " I think that it will be necessary to do that in future and this idea is a good one for us".
3.- same as "I think that in case of (or if) it will be necessary to do that in future this could be a good idea for us"

Is it clear with you now ???
