Moving on is really hard. The first thing to do is think about why you broke up in the first place. Chances are that those reasons are still there, and you are better off without him. Try dating... it might be rebounding, but it really helps. Just be careful not to get too serious too soon. Good Luck!

Do what most woman do. Go date another guy sleep with him then realize that he isnt as great as your ex. Then you have to deal with that being brought up. Best bet is to let time take its course don't rush into another rebound relationship. It will only mess things up if you're not totally over your boyfriend. Work, workout, and keep busy. Best of luck.

Do you have a new boyfriend? Did you split up with your X because of the new bf? You have to make a decision to be committed to the new or the old. Any other way spells disaster.

1. Look around the room and find something that isn't reminding you of your ex bf.
2. Repeat step 1 until you feel better.

If both of you are still single then you should definitely find a way to talk to him or start seeing him again. But if you guys are already married then I suggest that you keep yourself busy so that you don't think about him.

I would write down all his bad points and the reason he is now ex bf. If he dumped you then write that down and all his other faults. If you dumped him then all I can suggest is you write that down and the reason you dumped him.
