also, I have my mug... I've filled it 1/3rd with expresso, then add 1/3rd steamed milk and whatever syrup... then when I froth the milk, do I just dump it on there or do I dallop it on with a spoon, also, when making enough for one, do I just froth like 2 "shots" of milk? sorry coffee illiterate, and just got a cappiccino machine... any fun ideas or recipies are welcome too!

A shot of espresso is just a regular espresso (30ml or 1,5 fl. ounces). Pour the steamed milk, holding the froth back with a spoon, into the mug until it is half full.
Scoop the remaining froth over the top of the milk until just above the rim of the mug.
