Get yourself assessed. Get it treated. Left untreated, depression (the clinical variety - I don't mean the ordinary "blues") gets WORSE. The sufferer is left prone to more FREQUENT and longer LASTING bouts of INCREASINGLY SEVERE depressive episodes. Don't fool around with this.

First get energy and stable blood suger with breakfest.

at least 30 grams of protein.. complex carbs

continue eating like that every 3 hours.

Also weight train. Take the bar, no weights added and pump your legs up and down for 100 squats( if you need to use seperate sets)
Then learn the deadlift and do 100-200 of those( Bar only)

If you don't feel an incredible sense of well being after a workout like this, see your doctor.

Also - drink 2 tall glasses of water every hour.

First you should talk to your doctor and he can prescribe you some medications and counselling. Try to stay positive and get support from friends and family.
