A teenage boy giving a girl 1000 paper cranes to show his love for her, despite the fact that she previously said she just wanted to be friends. They are 14. He just wants to prove it to her that he is unlike any other boy.

he IS different,and a good start towards a unique expression of love in friendship.if he can prove every day that his love for her is strong he does it because he wants to.if he got married to her to learn the same lesson he would be obligated to love her.there is a difference.he can date my daughter

First, I would question the boy's inability to comprehend a simple request that the young lady wishes to remain friends. Secondly, the making of 1000 cranes seems awfully obessive-compulsive in nature and, I would wonder, if he would treat her in the same manner. I would be very wary of this teenage boy.

That is a Lot of paper but hey if he feels like doing it good for him.

I would spend my energy on someone else.
