Different foods such as chili, beans of any sort, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, rice (believe it or not), turkey, chicken and even red meat. This is usually an indication that you do not have the right balance of acids in your stomach.

Farting usually means you arent eating the right foods, or too many bad ones. Foods high in fat can also cause farts if eaten constantly. If you don't eat bad foods constantly, it is probably just a natural thing that happens.

Gas can be caused by any food that doesn't break down completely, easily. It can be from an allergy (milk allergies tend to give ppl terrible gas) or a change in diet. An example would be a lot of high fibre vegetables. When people try to improve their eating habits and increase vegetables, they usually have a problem with increased gas for a few days until their bodies adapt to the increased fibre.
