Go to the doctor. It could be any number of things and no one here cand diagnosis it. Sounds like a nerve problem (NOT poor circulation IMHO) that may be associated with diabetis, lupus, or some other serious health condition. PLEASE go see a doctor!

it depends on the kind of numbness...is it occampanied by tingling? you could have circulation problems, but it could also be nerve issues. you could have a spinal issue that is causing a pinch on your nerves that cause numbness....first see a doctor....he can do some tests, get an MRI to make sure your spine is ok...also check your brain with a CAT scan or a full body MRI....you could have an issue with a part of your brain that sends signals to your feet and hands...

but it could also be something simple too...are you over weight? that could also be a huge problem...you could have diabetes which cause numbness and tingling in your feet....it is VITAL to see your doctor so he can get a complete work up!
GOOD LUCK!

it may mean that the oxyginated blood coming from your heart is not reaching freely to the distal parts of your body like the hands and feet. consult with your cardiologist and neurologist is a must.

It could be poor circulation, a sign of a neurological problem, a nerve injury, or a back problem. If it is problematic see a doctor.

Could be pinched nerves as a result of bulging or herniated disks in the neck or back.
