Swollen nerves pull the muscles and create such symptoms.
If you are enjoying more sex avoid it and start exercising a little daily. Neurologist can hardly help, be your own doctor. Otherwise go to an acupuncturist.
You take a glass of milk with khajoor, ghee or soaked almond paste before going to bed.
You should use pure ghee in your meals. You should think of being a healthy person instead of running to doctors.

You could have pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve somewhere around the neck and/or arm area. If this is the first time it's happened, I wouldn't worry too much about it. The next time you masturbate, if it does it again, you might want to have a doctor look at it just to make sure there's nothing wrong, but I don't think there's anything to worry about.

How strenuous are you when you have sex? :o)

Seriously, you might consider different positions with your partner. You may also want to discuss it with your doctor, because if it hurts during sex now, something may be starting up that will be a problem for other things later.

Best Wishes,

Sue

If the pain reappears even on abstaining from sex, then enjoy sex atleast till the time you see a good neurologist. Good luck & enjoy Good sex!!
