How can I make my scalps produce more sebum from the sebaceous glands?

Question

I'm from Yemen and unlike my brother's, my hair is dry more or less like short afro hair. I want to make my hair permanently soother and soft and less importantly straighter?

I did a little research that people with smooth, soft hair produce more sebum from the sebaceous glands. Is there something to make mine do the same?

PLEASE NOTE: I am not asking for common topical hair products. This would probably be an oral supplement that effects the root cause.

regular massages in the scalp.. i heard it helps stimulates something.. hope this kinda helped..

don't wash it so much. or opt for a smoothing shampoo and conditioner.
