Im not gunna say its too young. i mean if you brought her up right and taught everything she needs to know cause at that age thats where females usually start developing and begin gettin attention from boys anyway. she's gunna have one whether u say yes or no and thats a fact. and as far as the sex thingy goes if you have already explained the importance of her virginity and all that goes along with it its all good .i mean as long as long as she isnt sexually active or doing nething to my dislike its cool with me. so nope its not
i think young is love is important and that if the lil things she experimenting with now fails she can at least learn from her mistakes and know how to better herself in the future and make her next one last

Yes, but she is young. I remember when i was in six grade i had a gf who is only 11 so it is not really supriseing.
You just have to make sure you let her know about values of having a relationship. Also enpower her so she can make good jugments on her own becuase at her age right now she is finding her place in a teenage world and most likely you would not be there to tell her what to do or not to do.
If you need more advice i think this is one of the great one:

No because right now you are probably going through peer pressure and a lot of other things and you have a lot of school work and things to focus on and you can't do that if your always thinking about a boy, so NO a 13 yr. old shouldn't have a boyfriend

i think i depends on how mature and responsible she is. When i was 13 i was shopping for the food, cooking, working, help paying bills, taking care of my family and going to school. I was an adult stuck in a childs body. ppl dont like to think that situtions like this actully happen but they do. it all depends.

Im 13 and ive gone out a few times, hard to do without your parents finding out htough. When they do they get all weird. Just say u r meeting with some friends somewhere after u actually do it a few tiems and they dont suspect a thing.

Well when I was thirteen I had a bf and we actually went places together. Not like on a car date, but we would meet at the movie theater or a school dance or go for cokes and burgers or something. As long as it's not too involved I don't see anything wrong with it.

That depends on what you think a boyfriend is. Do you just see him in school and hang out with him there.?
Do you want to see him after school and have him over and go out places with him.?
What do your parents think of all of this. ?
I do not think it is so much your age that should be an issue but your maturity level.
Good Luck.

No. 13 is too young to understand or be able to fulful the demands of that kind of relationship. Its better to just be friends with lot of boys so you can see what you want and dont want in a companion. By the time your 15 or 16 you are more ready. all boys want at that age is sex anyway.

NO no and NO
a 13 year old girl does not need a boyfriend, no matter what their friends say.
You can have boys that are friends, but that is it. No kissing, no touching and all your outings must be shaparoned by a relative untill you are 16.
