My little girl is going to be 4 next month and she LOVES www.treehousetv.com They have games, video clips, coloring pages, everything....it's a great website and it's very safe as far as I can see.

my 4 year old loves cbeebies it really easy to navigate round the site she even had to show her nana how to do it also disney channel is good
