it's been a tough night and my eyes are like, stinging, from crying so darn much. what will help cool them down? thanks

you can try some eye drops...it will sting when you first use it, but will offer relief. also, just get a cool pack, or a cool wet rag and turn the lights off and put it on your eyes....just take a deep breath and relax. soon you will fall asleep and you will feel better. your eyes will be puffy in the morning...cool cucumbers will help reduce the puffiness...also try something like preperation H under your eyes to reduce puffiness. Sorry to hear you're having problems....we all go through it! Just try and remember that things will get better...just relax and take a deep breath and remember the good things in your life.

Cold compressess. Just an ice cold washcloth on your eyes. The capillaries and veins are irritated and restricted from crying so less is better. Dont rub or press them. Take a few motrin and just cover your eyes and try to sleep.

Cool damp wash cloths may help. Also, drink water - you have lost fluid while crying, and you need to replace it.

A cloth with cool water. Just rest it on your eyes; hopefully it relax you so that you can sleep. Whatever it is that made you cry, all will be ok. Sooner or later all things work out.

visine if you just happen to have som laying around, but actualy, if you get some kind of tear free shampoo, take just a verry smalla mount and mix it in with water, rub it in and then rinse several times, it should hyrate your dry tear ducts

try using a visine eye drop that is a mosturizer or something that is for dried eyes
