i hate when I dump someone and they are crushed and think they wont find anyone again. I have the the BIGGEST break up phobia for that reason.

What would you expect.... girls that would be not crushed are girls that weren't into you all the way... If she's crushed that's good sign and haven't you ever had a broken heart??? my guess would be maybe no and that you haven't experienced a real relationship before... real relationships at the end are very painful and most times one or both have broken hearts...

To answer your question, no it is not weird to be attracted to girls that you know u could dump and they would be OK with it and move on fast. It just shows that you are not really to have a serious relationship and girls do feel the same too. To tell you the truth there are some girls out there that are like that but they do feel hurt, it just depends on how long the relationship is.
And for having a biggest break up phobia change happens for a reason, adapt and move on and that goes the same for the lady. I don't want to sound like a broken record but there is hella fish in the sea.
For trying to not have a girl be crushed:
Make sure you tell her out front that you are not sure about having a serious relationship.
That is just my advice it is just up to you.

You seem to have a commitment phobia. Maybe you are attracted to girls who are romantically inclined and are interested in marriage. If you are not ready to settle down, maybe you should try taking it slow and getting to know someone who is different from this usual type. It is better if you outgrow this pattern. What if you meet someone you really want a relationship with and keep on doing this kind of thing? You could lose that girl.
