He doesn't have a last name. We all have last names to keep us from being confused with each other. There's only 1 of him, so he doesn't need it.

By "last name", I assume you mean patronymic or family name. So God's family name would be, eh--

Well, some ethnic groups use the name of the person's parent, like Johnson or McTavish, so we could just ad the name of God's fa-- eh, oh dear.
