I love the very beautiful tatoos seen on the backs of some Japanese men. They are amazing.

Best one I've seen and know people are copying it? Well, for a female:
Masuimi Max.
Her arms, her back, and before she got some lasered off. She's a beautiful woman with beautiful tatoos, and those tats she have doesn't make her less beautiful like some people say tats does to your body. "It'll ruin your natural body..." blahblah blah. Also, what's best is a tatoo of quotes or song lyrics, movie scripts, like I have which I designed myself and got it copied on my back.
For a male, My DAD. He's got these Buddhist chants all over for protection and it's also a body shield, arms, back, and chest. Some men get them on their thighs, Women only get a few lines, we're not allowed to get Buddhas of any kind cus it's disrespectful, especially when they can't touch females.

Anything by the artist Pavel Angel. His work is amazing. Actually, amazing doesn't even begin to describe his work. Pavel is what really defines the difference between tattooist and tattoo artist! Check out his stuff on tattooartists.org
Though I have to say that my lily is the most beautiful. Biased I guess...lol

I loved the tattoo on my coaches arm. He showed the class before school was out for holidays last year

This guy that owned a tattoo shop, did a tattoo of his son on his arm( his son died on a motorcycle). He had a photo of his son, and it really looked like him. Not only was it a beautiful tattoo, but I thought it was very sweet and very sad.

the best tattoo ever was, I'm not sure how to explain it but you could see into his arm, like he was an machine , metal and screws. it was so real. it was awesome

i guess i'll say that the best tattoo i have ever seen is..... seriously, just one? a tattoo of a campfire scene on a friend of mine's leg. it's on his slideshow it is just so fun and unique.

their are alot i have seen that are fantastic i love ♥♥ tattoos they are a work of art .. but wow i seen this whole back job of a complete scenery. it was absolutely beautiful
