how about "a christmas story" and "white christmas"

It's got to be, " A Christmas Story". That thing must appear atleast every other hour or so during the time between Thanksgiving and New Year's. I've never been very impressed with it.

My answer is "It's A Wonderful Life" starring Jimmy Stewart. The movie came into public domain a few years ago so anyone can show it as many times as they want without paying for the rights.
