load them to my computer so I can scna them to family but was unable to do so , WHY?? And how come I was unable to take the disk to walmart to get them printed

professional pictures were copyrighted materials, thats why u cant just used them w/o the consent of the studio where u get that picture. its only them who can make reprints of the photos. so if u want more copies, u have to bring bck the disk to them and asked them for more prints.

This cannot be answered without more info. Was the disk blank? Did the drive light come on? Did you get some sort of error? You need to give us something to work with or saying you did not put the disk into the drive will be just as good of an answer as you do not have the proper software to view.

As a photographer, I will say the cd is encrypted. It is just for viewing only unless you pay a large amount for the copyright. Some photographers will do that. The older the cd, the cheaper. As for WalMart, they are one of our best photo dealers in checking for copyright.

Must have approval from original photographer to print
