Is DIET coke bad for you?

It's the COLA part that's bad for you. Check the label and see phosphoric acid or phosphates which are bad for the bones on a regular basis. Bad for the teeth, too. This applies to diet as well as sugar sweetened colas, Pepsi as well as Coke.

Yes. Check the research on Aspartame. It is known to cause symptoms similar to those of Alzheimer's and Multiple Sclerosis. Aspartame also causes the body to crave more, but is never satisfied. Look at the label - absolutely no nutritional value. Soda, pop, coke - no matter what you call it it's not good for you.

Probably. I've heard all carbonated drinks are bad for you. Plus Diet Coke has Splenda or sweetener in it which has had a bad rap. It's best to drink plain old boring water.

Heck yeah cokes bad for you. Put a nail in coke for a few days and see what it does. Pepsi doesn't do that. Plus it tastes better too. ;)

its pop, it ain't exactly the healthiest thing on the block to be drinking, but yet again, I think its healthier to drink that then to look at Michael Jackson's face!( you go blind when you do that)
