That would make our job so much easier if a girl would just say hey I like you. Guys are a little more obvious when they like a girl, when girls are a little more mysterious, to us anyway. So if you like this guy, and you have a good idea that he does too, make a move on him, or ask him out to something. Say you have an extra ticke to a movie or a concert. And see how that goes. :) Good luck
