We use "suffixes" to indicate possessive pronouns and objective pronouns. The suffix Kaf indicates singular "yours", as it is dotted with either Kamatz (ָ /indicates male "you") or Shva Nach (ְ /indicates female "you"). Yud, in general, indicates "my", "I" or plural. When combined with Kaf it indicates plural:

*Objective pronouns are linked to verbs:
Herkid (הרקיד)- made [one] dance
Herkidcha (הרקידךָ)- made you [male] dance
Herkidech (הרקידךְ)- made you [female] dance

*Possessive pronouns are linked to nouns and adjectives:
Chamor (חמור)- donkey
Chamorcha (חמורךָ)- [male] your donkey
Chamorech (חמורךְ)- [female] your donkey

When the noun is in a plural form, you add a Yud to indicate the plural "suffix" im (ים):
Galim (גלים)- waves (male noun)
Galeycha (גליךָ)- [male] your waves
Galayich (גליךְ)- [female] your waves
Dlatot (דלתות)- doors (female noun)
Daltoteycha (דלתותיךָ)- [male] your doors
Daltotayich (דלתותיךְ)- [female] your doors
